What It Is
Email Configuration defines the SMTP settings used by the system to send emails.
This includes:
- Mail Host
- Mail Port
- Encryption Type
- Mail Username
- Mail Password
- From Address
- From Name
- Branch association
Why It Matters
Warning
If Email Configuration is incorrectly configured, critical system emails may not be delivered.
- Notification emails will fail
- Password reset emails will not be delivered
