What It Is
The Export Files screen lists all generated data exports and their processing status.
Exports are typically generated from:
- Transactions
- Failed Request
- Reconciliation results
Export Lifecycle
When an export is requested:
- File is generated
- Status becomes Processing or Pending
- Status changes to Completed
- File becomes available for download
Available Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | File generation has started |
| Processing | File is being prepared |
| Completed | File is ready for download |
| Failed | File generation failed |
