Common Symptoms

Investigation Checklist

1. Check Email Settings

Verify recipient email is added.

2. Check Email Configuration

Validate:

  • Mail host
  • Port
  • Encryption
  • Username/password

3. Test Configuration

Use the "Test" button in Email Configuration.

4. Check Spam Folder

5. Verify Branch Assignment

Ensure email config is linked to the correct branch.

Common Root Causes

  • Incorrect SMTP credentials
  • Wrong encryption type
  • Port blocked by firewall
  • Domain restrictions
