Invoices are billing documents generated for sales transactions.

  • Simplified Invoices (B2C)
  • Tax Invoices (B2B)

Document Lifecycle

Invoices typically move through the following stages:

  1. Draft (if applicable)
  2. Generated
  3. Submitted
  4. Reported/Cleared, Not Reported/Not Cleared

You can monitor invoice progress using status fields and submission details in the invoice record.
